Return Process

  Contact our customer concierge team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization.

  Secure the Package

  Ensure the fragrance or beauty item is in its original, sealed packaging and place it securely in a shipping box with the original packing slip.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Processing & Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned item for its original condition, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
